Glass Vessel Sink

The most common material used for vessel sinks is glass. A glass vessel sink is beautiful, but there are some concerns. First of all, it is nearly impossible to keep a glass vessel sink clean. Fingerprints are obviously a problem. But even if you somehow managed to never have anyone touch the surface of your glass vessel sink, the water drops would leave marks on the glass. Second, if you are as clumsy as I am, you have to worry about dropping things on your glass vessel. Even the drop of a few feet from your hands to the counter top can be enough to crack or chip your glass vessel sink if you drop something mildly heavy. While they are pretty, other materials are more practical for your vessel sinks like stone or porcelain.
