Thinking Of Part Worn Tyres

I have been toying with the idea of purchasing some part worn tyres I have seen at our local supermarket.  I keep getting disuaded from my wife however I have read up on them and as long as they have some sort of safety certificate with them, they should be as good as new.  Not only that, they should save me a lot of money too!

To be honest, it is primarly down to the fact that these second hand tyres are cheap as to why I am thinking of buying them, It is important I feel to make sure your money goes a long distance, escpecially if you are a little bit tight on budget such as myself.

My only concern is that they may wear out really fast or burst quicker than normal when compared to a new set of tyres.  Where would that leave me?  I would have to shell out more money for another set of part worn tyres which would no doubt cost me more than a brand new set of wheels!
