Diet is mainly used for purpose of weight loss and weight gain. Weight loss is a type in which people need to lose the weight for various reasons like, growing tummy, threat of heart attack and many other reasons. Unfortunately a very bad thought associated with weight loss diet is skipping of the night meal. Night meal is a heavy for body meal.  It is preferred to eat less at nights as human body doesn’t digest the whole lot of food at nights. People take this thing as wrong and tend to skip the night meal on the name of diet and suffer many problems because of this.

Diet doesn’t mean starving for the daily food. Diet state about simply, the need of controlling food. It focuses more on control of waste food we eat daily like junk food. We have many diet types available at our hands, few easy once are apple diet, oatmeal diet etc; A branch in food science exists as diet and nutrition’s. We also have many experts available in this area. It is suggested to start any diet under the observation of a diet expert. It Is also suggested that each person is required to have his own custom diet plan. Custom plan is made by understanding the persons need and have flexibility in the food chosen.

Oatmeal diet plan is a restrictive plan and many diet experts suggest the only food as oatmeal in this plan. If we dig in to the history of diet, we will find that the diet suggesting only one food as source food will fail due to many problems associated with it. If we slightly modify the diet plan and include one or two supplementary food products it will help the diet a lot. Oatmeal is whole food in itself.
