Temporary Eyebrow Tattoos
When we are talking about temporary eyebrow tattoos we are not actually talking about talking about tattoos at all but rather a stick-on product that has been created to imitate the real thing. A genuine tattoo involves ink being placed under the skin and that is never going to be temporary, although it can be removed with a lot of effort and the use of laser technology.
These stick-on tattoos are great for people who are thinking about getting their eyebrows done but not sure if there are going to like the outcome, or just want to ensure they are making the right choice in regard to shape and color.
Another options for such purposes are the those that make use of henna to draw the intended shape onto the brow in the same way as you would with an eyebrow pencil. You can in fact use a pencil too, but it doesn’t look quite are realistic as the henna solution.
All of these methods are perfect for those of you that need a better idea about what you are getting before you go under the tattoo gun.
What I don’t recommended is to use are those temporary eyebrow stickers which are available and promise to give you an idea about what color ink would be right for you. The problem with them, although they sound like a good idea, is that they will give you no indication of how your skin is going to react once you apply the real ink.
It might be seem as a little unfortunate that we now use the word tattoo to mean things that bare no relation to the real thing. People here the word when we refer to the temporary products and think there will be some sort of needle involved in the process of applying it. Tattoo always should mean something that is applied with a needle and cannot be easily removed. Only when the skin is broken to implant ink should the word be used.
