Recently a friend of mine was sharing an interesting story about some used Polaris ATVs his uncle had in front of his house. He was driving by his uncle’s home one day he saw a sign “Used Polaris ATV” next to a bunch of new but, banged up ATVS. So he stopped in to hear what was going on.
His uncle owns a fairly large corn field and allot of young teens and adults trespass through the field to get to where they are going. After a number of seasons where his corn crop got ruined he was determined to do something about it. So, he decided the best thing was for him to post metal rails in various spots in his field and well, if someone hit them, they would learn.
The interesting thing that happened though was after they would wreck their ATV, they were so scared someone would catch them on his land they would just abandon their ATVS. A few weeks later and with some little repairs he got the ATVS working and started to sell them.
