It is generally to be reactive to stimuli. You react to a problem trying to find a solution to help minimize the problem at least, if not to try to eliminate it completely. “Creating is not a problem, solve problems not create. ”

The act of creating is not the act of thinking. To create, you must be present at that is. The important aspect of the creative process is to recognize what exists, what is present. Why the problem is recurring? Why problems are part of your life? Probably the past or the future are part of your life. You are rarely present to you, what this is all in your work in your life.

The process of solving is to avoid, eliminate an irritant. It is an approach in a certain order based on a negative attitude and the process of creation is based on what you want to create what you want good for you, for the company. An approach based on a positive attitude, something new to what is and not to prevent or eliminate the irritating problem. For, the solution is often temporary and partial problem. You’ll always have a new problem if you can not create what I want. And creating poses no problem.

The difference between solving problems and creativity is often a question of attitude and ability to go into the unknown. I could say that’s all a matter of orientation, alignment to research new things. You just need to know what you are looking for, what you want. This direction corresponds to give you a vision of what could be that is. The whole process of creative visionary who is put in place at this time.

Managers should use creative leadership and visionaries rather than move to solve problems daily. It is a policy issue of their focus, focus on something new rather than resolution of old things. They take more control of their destinies and that of their companies than to be led by circumstances, events, problems that arise.

This creative attitude and visionary creative process applies as much in the direction of your life as your job. Creativity is one of the principal means by which the human being is freed from chains, his conditioned responses, but also those of his usual choice.

The surprising discovery that diamonds are composed only of pure carbon – just like charcoal, or graphite – was not made until the nineteenth century. Immediately, scientists and enthusiasts started trying to solve the problem of how to turn carbon into a man-made diamond.

The first man-made diamonds emerged from America and Sweden in the early 1950’s. General Electric were the first to announce diamond synthesis using a high-pressure, high-temperature ‘anvil’. (The term HPHT is still used today to describe many synthetic diamonds made using this technique.) The stones produced in the 1950’s were small and imperfect – not suitable for gemstone use. But in the 1970’s, General Electric again made diamond headlines by producing the first synthetic gem-quality diamond. Since then, diamonds of up to 25 carats (5g) have been produced for research purposes, but generally diamonds are only synthesized to around a carat. The high-pressure, high-temperature press has to be kept stable for a week to produce gems of this size, which is expensive.

CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) is currently the only other commercial method of synthesizing gemstone-quality diamonds. This technique involves energizing carbon vapor so that it will deposit carbon atoms onto a substrate at relatively low temperatures and pressures. This allows the formation of thin diamond ‘sheet’ on a variety of surfaces, which is extremely useful in many technological applications. It can also be used to create pieces of diamond large enough to be cut into gems.

By far the best way of choosing a kids Halloween costume for your kids is to let them do it themselves!  Of course, if your children are very small you can dress them up however you like, but with older children they are going to have very firm ideas of how they want to dress up for Halloween.  If you try and get them to wear a costume that they do not like then you may have a riot on your hands.  Kids look forward to going out trick or treating and having all their friends and neighbors seeing them in their costumes and they have probably been planning it for weeks beforehand.  If you do not approve of their costume choices it is easier to have them make small adjustments than to get them to wear the ‘cute kitty’ costume you like rather than the ‘Indiana Jones’ costume they like.
